The circle of astronomy of the House young tecniks "PROMETEJ" of city of Belaja TSerkov, works on the basis of the educational astronomical observatory constructed by Sluzhavym Andrey Grigorjevichem in 2001-2002. The project and construction of a tower were financed by Sluzhavyj A.G. (Firm " GALANT "). Many years he conducted this class, made astrooptics and mechanics of telescopes.
At present he supervises over a private{an individual} product company "GALANT" in our city.

Supervision are spent by means of a telescope with the optical circuit of Kassengren. Diameter of the main mirror 300mm. The selector from a photolens of MTO-11. Mount equatorial, with electromechanical drives (on three 27V an airmicromotor with reducers on each axis) on two axes, through worm pairs with friction clutches for protection of mechanics of drives. The design of fastening of a secondary mirror allows to adjust operatively carrying out of a focal plane in the site of an eyepiece at replacement of a way of supervision. The eyepiece is designed by a principle of an objective part of a microscope. The mobile prism that allows to turn an optical axis on 90 degrees for convenience at supervision is built in an eyepiece.
Fastening the camera with a standard groove, for job in the main focus or with increase in an eyepiece is stipulated.
